Cancellation

Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to the full terms and conditions and privacy policy as well as enrollment into our monthly auto-bill Special Needs Store VIP program where you will be billed $15.95 per month until you cancel your membership.

Within 5 days, you will receive an email requiring your consent to activate the monthly membership program in order to receive full access to Special Needs Store VIP. Your monthly auto-bill membership will begin upon receipt of your Special Needs Store VIP access and is FREE for the first 30 days.

A reminder notification will also be sent to you monthly, 5 days prior to being re-charged. If you don't cancel, you will be charged $15.95 for each recurring monthly payment, giving you access to Special Needs Store VIP until a cancellation is requested.

If our product is not right for you, simply call 1-302-266-1636 or contact us via email at support@specialneedstore.com  to cancel your membership. 

Your credit card will be billed as specialneedstore on your bank statement.
